We are currently the only specialist maternity and baby website offering free delivery to MAINLAND UK addresses as a standard service. Free P&P is available to MAINLAND UK addresses only. These do not include Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We apologise to customers in these areas, whose orders fall into a higher charge rate from our delivery contractors. NB:Some bulky products to the Scottish Highlands will also incur a delivery charge.

Our clothing designs are made with great care, and a huge effort is put into quality control and garment technology to ensure an excellent fit and comfort level. Our returns rate is less than half the industry average – but we continue to work hard at improving and refining the collections. If you do need to return or exchange an item please send it back in its original packaging, unworn and in saleable condition, within 10 days of receipt. Please note that overseas delivery charges and returns postage are not refunded, and sadly we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit– so please get a proof of postage. Exchanges are processed immediately and replacements should be with you in about 5 days. Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days. Any item damaged in transit must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Full returns details are found on the delivery note in your parcel.
When items are in stock your order will be sent within 24 hours, making delivery around 3 to 5 working days. If something is ‘out of stock’ there may be a delay, sometimes up to 28 days. The rest of your order will be sent to you and the out of stock item(s) will follow. Your credit or debit card will be charged only when an item has been sent to you. Cheques are banked on receipt for security. During exceptionally busy times, such as the launch of a catalogue or the sale, there may be a slight delay in delivery.
Due to the fact that we use small factories we occasionally struggle to keep up with unexpected levels of demand. We try hard to predict our bestsellers, but can be caught out. We will always notify you if there is a delay. Occasionally we sell out of something completely and sadly cannot get new supplies, in which case you will be informed.
This is charged at £7 per delivery address and only works on weekdays. If you place an order before noon on Monday to Friday, it will be delivered on the next working day. Unfortunately we cannot tell you what time it will arrive and we recommend you give us an address where there is someone in all day. We use Parcelforce for our next working day deliveries. (Saturday is not a working day).
We hope you are satisfied with your purchases. If you wish to exchange or return an item please remember to quote your customer number on all correspondence and follow these instructions:
- Complete the form on the reverse of your despatch note and enclose it in your parcel. Keep the top copy for your records.
- Obtain a free proof of postage from the post office which will serve as your security in case your parcel gets lost in the post.
- Please allow 14 days for processing. Cheque refunds will be sent by post. Credit card refunds will appear on your next bank or credit card statement.
- P&P (where applicable) and returns postage are direct costs and we regret that they cannot be refunded.
- JoJo Maman Bébé regrets that we cannot be held liable for returned parcels which are lost or damaged in the post.
- If your exchange is of higher value than your returned item(s), complete the additional payment box. Postage and packing is not charged again on exchange orders. Your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible, generally within a couple of days.
