Shipping and Returns (all orders are sent from our US warehouse in New Jersey)
Our Shipping PromiseWe are able to ship to most addresses in the Continental United States. However, we are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands). Please note we are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
We can ship to AFO and FPO military addresses. The shipping transit time quoted will be to a U.S. Military Postal Office. Any additional transit time from there varies by destination and is handled exclusively through the U.S. Department of Defense.
Please note we are unable to offer Next Day or Premium 2 day shipping services to P.O. Boxes, AFO and FPO military addresses. Shipments will be dispatched using Standard shipping 4-10 day service.
When all items are in stock your order will be processed within 24-hours and will be shipped to arrive within 4-10 business days. If an item is "out of stock" you will be advised of the date when more stock is due before you place your order. If there is a further delay we will notify you by email, post or phone. Please note if your order contains any items on back order, we will wait until all items are in stock before shipping.
Please note that during exceptionally busy times, such as the launch of a catalog or sale, there may be a slight delay in delivery.
Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for investigations to be made with our courier, generally 7 working days. We also ask you to ensure that you make a claim within a reasonable length of time.
