T&Cs:

1. The competition will run from 12pm on the 5th September 2023 to 12pm on 2nd October 2023, inclusive.

2. All competition entries must be submitted no later than 12pm on the closing date. All competition entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.

3. To enter the competition, entrants must email competitons@jojomamanbebe.com with : (a) The colouring sheet entry ; (b) The delivery address that the prize will be sent to if the entry is randomly selected as the winner.

4. JoJo Maman Bébé will not accept responsibility for: (a) competition entries that are not delivered regardless of cause (b) proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

5. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. The competition winner will be selected at random.

7. The competition is open to all residents in the UK and Ireland except employees of JoJo Maman Bébé or the competition partner.

8. Entries may be submitted on behalf of the entrant if they are under the age of 13 by a person aged 18 or over. 8. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.

9. There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person.

10. The winner will receive the competition prize which is The Gruffalo Bundle.

11. JoJo Maman Bébé will contact the winner and will send their prize to the address that was submitted in the entry email.

12. In entering the competition you are confirming permission for your details (name, email, delivery address, phone number) to be shared with any competition partners in order to fulfil sending of the prize. JoJo Maman Bébé will only share your details with the competition partner in the event of being selected as the competition winner.

13. All entrants submitted data shall destroyed no later than 30 days after the competition end date.

14. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no alternative for the prize. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

15. JoJo Maman Bébé will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 days of initial contact or is not available or has not claimed their prize then JoJo Maman Bébé reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant randomly selected from the correct entries that were received before the closing date.

16. JoJo Maman Bébé does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

17. JoJo Maman Bébé will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss or damage of the prize.
